I founded Crossfire to elevate the standard of fitness in the Ohio Valley. As a former collegiate athlete and a Board-Certified Physical Therapist with over two decades of experience, he brings a rare clinical perspective to the weight room. His goal is simple: to help you leave the gym feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.

This is what makes us the "360° Circle of Wellness." Having David J. Zwack, PT on-site means your fitness is overseen by clinical expertise. If you have a nagging injury or a movement restriction, our coaches work directly with our PT services to modify your workouts safely. It allows us to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high-performance training, ensuring you stay injury-free while getting stronger.
Being a Mayhem Affiliate means we use world-class programming developed by the most successful team in fitness history. Every day, you’ll follow a structured "Workout of the Day" (WOD) that includes a warm-up, a strength or skill component, and a conditioning piece. These workouts are pressure-tested and designed to improve your functional mobility, power, and cardiovascular health in just one hour.
We know life doesn't always happen between 9-to-5. For members who want the ultimate flexibility, we provide personal keyfob access. This allows you to utilize our facility and equipment at any time of day or night, even when classes aren't in session. It’s perfect for shift workers, busy parents, or anyone who needs to fit their "360 wellness" into a non-traditional schedule.
