Every new journey at our Bridgeport facility starts with a Functional Assessment. This is a dedicated, in-person session designed to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Whether you are recovering from an injury or training for a podium finish, this meeting ensures we build the right foundation for your success.
What to Expect During Your Assessment:
Movement Screening: We will perform a Functional Mobility Evaluation to see how you move. We look for imbalances or restrictions that could lead to injury, ensuring your future workouts are safe and effective.
Goal Mapping: We’ll sit down to discuss your "why." Are you looking for pain management, weight loss, or elite strength? We listen first, then coach.
Clinical Insight: If you have a history of injuries, David and the team will discuss how our Physical Therapy services can integrate with your training to keep you moving forward.
The 360° Roadmap: We’ll walk through our Mayhem Affiliate programming and membership options to find the perfect fit for your lifestyle and schedule.
